Congratulations on your new company. Bob and I are so happy for both of you. I can't believe it's been two short years since our chance meeting only one day after our arrival on this beautiful Island. In my early conversation with you MaryAnn I had asked if you were a year round resident and before we knew it we were introduced to your husband and before the week was out we had been invited to your beautiful home and out to dinner. Of course the topic of Real Estate came up many times and I was very interested in a villa in the M building we were staying in. At the time nothing was available. The day before we left Johnny called me to say a listing had come on the market and we looked at immediately before returning home to Boca Raton Fl. I knew this unit needed major renovations but I was still working and felt if I had the right people to help renovate and decorate I would have a great little vacation get away and part time rental.
